These rules by
which Nauru processes and grants applications for telecommunications
satellites for operation in the W-band were adopted on 8 March 2004.

This is the formal document released by the Nauru government on 8 March
2004 by which our

was approved.
Authorization Letter to ITU
Also released
on 8 March 2004, this document was sent by the Republic of Nauru to the
ITU, authorizing us to file a claim of first commercial use of the W-band
before that body.
